Water Team Awarded 'Electro Fusion Welder of the Month Award' for 100% Compliance Rate

Congratulations to James Bagley for achieving 100% JCI compliance rate in February, winning the ‘Electro Fusion Welder of the Month Award’ for February throughout installation works in Crabbs Cross.

The team, James Bagley, Mike Wood, Liam Wood, Andy Davis & Richard Broadley were further congratulated for their performance by Tom Strachan from Severn Trent Water, who treated the team to breakfast at a local pub to the site.

This isn’t a first for James and Andy, who also won the ‘Electro Fusion Welder of the Month’ in June 2018 for completing 67 joints with a flawless pass rate of 100% when working to renew the clean water mains at Cookhill near Alcester, Warwickshire. At this time David Benson, Quality Manager at Severn Trent Water added that the “residents will benefit from their excellent workmanship for years to come”.
